King Shug - Street Legend (Mixtape)

If you didn’t know, King Shug is one of the realest out of DC.  He reps Uptown (Morton Street) but fucks with everyone.  His mixtape, “Street Legend” dropped today.  Aside from Shug’s ridiculous trap-raps, the tape also features Alley Boy, Fat Trel, Shy Glizzy, P-Wild, G’Town Wayne, Phil Da Future and Gordo Brega.  This shit is a DC classic.  Shug goes in on every track, but stand outs include “My Shyt Say Work”, “All I Know Is Loud”, “ICE” and “Whole Time.”  Shug reminds me of older Gucci Mane but with a scratchy voice.  Check this tape out cause Shug is about to blow up.  He fucks with DTE, a whole bunch of notable ATL dudes and anyone important from the DMV.  Check out the tracklist below, stream at Dat Piff

Slutty Boyz - I Don’t Like (Dew-Mix)

Until Fat Trel jumps on that Chief Keef/Leg Luger jaunt, this should hold me over.

A$AP x SLUTTY BOYZ x DC

"yea man it was all a little strange and im not sure i deciphered it all either but what i got was that for a little bit there, it was glizzy and this dude iceberg lo instigating some backlash against trel, just saying things that basically questioned his dc cred, all while they and their crews were loosely collaborating with the slutty boyz, who i guess dissed glizzy anyways? Someone brought this up in an interview and Glizzy basically said the track was strictly directed at Trel and not the slutty boyz and that SB will be featured on his next mixtape, so not sure how invested anyone really was to begin with. Last I heard, Trel said nothing except to say he’s saying nothing, so i think that was that."
